| Due to the high volume of orders and the fact
they are sometimes processed minutes after receipt, we are not
able to exclude packing lists a this time. If you are ordering 5
or more books at one time, email us in advance with your
information and we can catch your order before processing and
exclude packing lists. No guarantees, but we will try. |

| I am ordering
multiple books, can I get a shipping discount? |

| All shipping rates are established by the
respective marketplaces, and we cannot change them. For
orders of over 15 books, you may email us
(kellie@norampartners.com) your list and pay through PayPal.
For those orders you would get a discounted shipping rate of
$2.25 per book, US only, standard Media Mail. Payment
would be through PayPal for both books and shipping. |

| Can you confirm the
details you have listed about a book on a marketplace? |

| Our descriptions are accurate, and all books are
ISBN correct. Unfortunately we are not able to research
book titles for books under $10 sell price. If you get
shipped a book that does not match what is listed, we will
provide a full refund. Editions are shown in the
marketplace descriptions. |

| I bought a
book, and it is not in the condition described what do I do? |

| First, refer back to your Amazon order just to
make sure that our description was not there. Often when
buying from more than one seller, it is easy to confused.
If our description clearly does not match what you received please
email us at (kellie@norampartners.com). Rest assured this was an oversight and not
intentional. We can offer you a discount or refund
depending on the discrepancy, and will do everything we can to
satisfy you. We know you trust us and we stand by our
integrity as a top rated seller. |

I want to return the book
for a refund, what do I do? |
|
| We have a no hassle return policy. We accept
returns if done so within 10 days of receipt. Once we get
your book we will refund you through the site you purchased on
less our shipping cost to send the book. Returns are not
accepted for academic books. Books with a net price of
over $20.00 have a 25% re-stocking fee. |

I provided the wrong
address by mistake? |
|
| When we send a book to an address given to us by
a marketplace and that address is wrong, the book is usually
returned to us, although not always. If the book is
returned, we can issue you a refund of the book less the
shipping cost AND return shipping charges from the post office.
Due to the rules of the marketplaces, once you process your
order we are not allowed to change the address. This is a
security and fraud prevention rule. You should contact the
marketplace for address changes. |

I would like a combined
shipping discount on (EBay specific)? |

| NorAm is not able to offer combined shipping
discounts on Ebay. We use automated order processing, and
there is no way to manually catch your order or match them up
due to the Immediate Payment process on EBay. |
